I needed somewhere I could go to create. Somewhere I wouldn’t have to deal with cats trotting through my work while it was drying.
So I set about clearing out the loft. I got rid of a load of clutter that had been up there, and started cleaning.
Once it was a little more liveable, I got some furniture, so I could work comfortably.
This was to be my haven for the next couple of months.
I finally had a comfortable chair, so my back wasn’t hurting any more after hours spent drawing and painting every day.
I could also leave multiple paintings out to dry, and I didn’t have to keep getting all my materials out and putting them back away every day.
Nothing could stop me now.
